If your qualifications meet the requirements of the role, you will be contacted by one of our Recruiters to discuss the position(s) you qualify for and next steps, which may include several assessments, a phone interview and one or more in-person interviews at one of our offices.

We will maintain contact with you regularly to keep you informed on your candidacy status for the specific position in which you are being considered. After you have completed our interviewing process, we will make a hiring decision and inform you whether or not an offer of employment will be extended to you. If we do extend you an offer of employment, we will perform a background check and require you to complete a drug test before your start date.

Digital Risk conducts drug screens, credit and background checks on all candidates once a hiring decision has been made. We may also perform reference checks, depending on the role. Digital Risk will inform you in writing if employment is denied due to a non-satisfactory result of a drug screen, credit, background or reference check.
