Recruitment Process

On an average, the recruitment process for a shortlisted candidates takes 10 to 15 days. It may vary if the recruitment process includes interview by client.

There is NO probation period at Mphasis. Training and development is strongly encouraged at Mphasis to help you grow and advance. We offer a wide spectrum of learning and development programs to help you enhance your skills and capabilities, and adapt to varied business challenges. These include:

  • Specialized training programs to support the integration of all hires into our dynamic business environment.
  • Focused instructor-led courses to develop knowledge on domain, technical expertise and soft skills.
  • Leadership development programs to build and nurture a pool of successful industry leaders.

Your work location will be based on the project/job you have been hired for. If you are eligible for relocation then it will be mentioned on your Offer Letter.

For technical positions, candidates undergo two rounds of interviews which includes technical interviews with technical experts. This might also include client interview which is project specific. Similar number of interview rounds are carried out for non-technical positions also . All candidates are assessed on cultural fit.

Mphasis dress code is semi-formals.

Aadhar card is important for joining at Mphasis. During the documentation stage, candidate has to upload the same in BPM link, in case they don’t have an Aadhar card, acknowledgement for applying Aadhar is mandatory.

Yes, work from home option is available. The policy will be communicated to you on the onboarding day.

The general working hour are 9 hours.There are options of different shifts and the shift given to you depends on your project/position.

All Regular employees are eligible for a fixed number of days earned leave every year as per the leave policy. Details will be provided during the induction session.

The Referral policy is applicable to you only after you join the company.
