TREE (Total Recruiting Excellence Experience) is an HR fresher program launched by Mphasis in 2022 to nurture young HR professionals with a passion for recruitment as a career stream.
Through this program, The organization’s vision is to create strong Middle-Level Management in HR recruitment. The highlights of the TREE program include: Opportunity to gain firsthand experience in various sub-functions within recruitment, a 12month rotation allowing for steady learning and career progression, and the option to continue in the same function/move to a different HR function at the end of 48 months.
Students from multiple streams like CS, IT and other circuit branches from Tier 1 & 2 Engineering & Technology institutions are hired through this program. Hackathons / Coding tests / Other Competitive Assessment methodologies are deployed for evaluation. MASE fresher program is an opportunity for the fresh technical graduates who could not get an offer on campus during their graduation. This program helps Mphasis to fulfill immediate business needs through just-in-time hiring model. For skills such as PEGA, Service now, and Wyde exclusive hiring drives are conducted under these program.
Mphasis, premier B-schools and T-schools liaise to hire students under this program. This enables students to gain hands on industry exposure thereby provides us an opportunity to mentor and groom young minds. The Katalyst and PWD Internship programs that are close to our heart, extend project guidance and internship opportunities for the girl child pursuing engineering and persons with disability, respectively.
The 'Aarambh' program, launched in 2008, is the brainchild of the farsighted HR Leadership team & the CHRO, that has a great vision to create a strong Middle Level Management Pool in HR, closely monitored by the Office of the CHRO. Each HR 'Aarambh' hire goes through different rotations across different functions within the HR domain, spanning 6 months each, which is an opportunity for vast learning that gives opportunity to work on different projects and the same is presented to the HR leadership at the end of each rotation. The Aarambh progression framework is a well-defined track for HR professionals to learn and grow in the organization.
Mphasis hires Management graduates from top notch Business schools in India including IIMs and other premier institutes for multiple programs within our organizations such as Account Leadership Program, Future Leadership Program and other middle level and senior level leadership roles
The Account Leadership Program is the flagship program for grooming and building the account management practice within multiple business units at Mphasis Those hired into this program will be put in a cohort where their learning and growth will be actively managed by the ALP program office with direct oversight and involvement from the Business Unit Leadership Team.
The FLP is our signature program that focuses on identifying and grooming strong leaders across the organization through immersive learning on the job. Those hired into this program are placed as part of a cohort where their learning and growth is actively managed by the FLP program office while exposing them to different strategic functions within the organization through periodic rotations in the first 18 - 24 months. Graduates from the FLP are absorbed into strategic roles based on their key strengths and performance during the course of the program.
