The Aarambh program was launched in 2008, with a vision to create a strong Middle Level Management Pool in HR. It is the brainchild of the farsighted HR Leadership team & the CHRO. The program continues to be closely monitored by the Office of the CHRO. Each HR Aarambh hire will go through different HR rotations across different functions in the HR domain, spanning 6 months each. Each HR rotation is an opportunity for vast learning, and this also gives opportunity to work on different projects and the same is presented to the HR leadership. The Aarambh progression framework is a well-defined track for HR professionals to learn and grow in the organization.

The Account Leadership Program is the flagship program for grooming and building the account management practice within multiple business units at Mphasis Those hired into this program will be put in a cohort where their learning and growth will be actively managed by the ALP program office with direct oversight and involvement from the Business Unit Leadership Team.
